Our Policy
Due to the custom, handcrafted, and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is created specifically for you based on your order specifications.
Exceptions
We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we're committed to making things right. We will consider returns, exchanges, or refunds on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
1. Damaged Items
- Items damaged during shipping
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund
2. Manufacturing Defects
- Products with defects in materials or workmanship
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion
3. Significant Order Discrepancies
- Orders that significantly differ from what was agreed upon
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We will work with you to correct the issue
Natural Variations
Please note that slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted wood products and do not qualify for returns or refunds. These variations make each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund:
- Contact us at anneataylor@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos showing the issue
- Describe the problem in detail
- We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Custom Orders
Custom orders with specific personalization (custom text, designs, or dimensions) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
