All products sold by annetailormade LLC are handcrafted, made-to-order items. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics that make each item one-of-a-kind.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept payment through Shopify Payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Orders and Production

  • All items are made to order
  • Production times vary by item - please contact us for specific timelines
  • Custom orders require approval before production begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Local pickup is our preferred method
  • Shipping is available upon request with custom quotes
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Generally, all sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. However, we will consider returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Orders that significantly differ from what was agreed upon

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe you qualify for a return or exchange. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
